The BookPalooza festival is a premier book festival that brings authors & readers together for a jam packed day filled with everything books! Hosted by Books on the House, a local non-profit, it’s a FREE event with indie author signings, loads of giveaways, live entertainment, local vendors that love books, a reading lounge, interactive experiences and of course, ALL THINGS BOOKS!
Read to a Rescue dog in our Reader's Lounge, as well as meet with our over 50+ authors who are the best of the best in North Carolina, get creative with our hands on activites, photo ops, and vendors/makers who are bringing their best and newest creative wares to our Bookish Bazaar! Join our RAPID RAFFLE with over 100 unique prizes.
With thousands of book lovers joining us each year, the BookPalooza Festival is where reading meets fun — all while supporting our nonprofit’s mission to get free books into the hands of kids and adults across Charlotte, LKN & WNC regions! READ LOUD - BE BOLD!
