Charlotte BookPalooza is a one-of-a-kind premier book festival that brings authors & readers together for a jam packed day all for the love of books! Hosted by Books on the House, a lcoal non-profit, it’s a FREE event packed with author signings, loads of giveaways, live entertainment, local vendors that love books, a reading lounge, interactive experiences and of course, ALL THINGS BOOKS!
With thousands of book lovers joining us each year, Charlotte BookPalooza is where reading meets fun — all while supporting our nonprofit’s mission to get free books into the hands of kids and adults across Charlotte, LKN & WNC regions! Come for the Books, Stay for the Vibes!

Ride in on the Blue line & get off at the 25th station.
From there, you can:
1. Walk down to the festival (about 2 blocks) SEE MAP
2. Or ride on an electric vehicle via our partner, JUMP Transit! They will pick up attendees to ride
to the entrance of the festival! *
